Etching Hill Tennis Club Open Day

Etching Hill Tennis Club are holding an open Day on 8th May 2010 – players of all ages and abilities welcome.

Etching Hill Tennis Club, East Butts Road, Rugeley, Staffordshire WS15 2LU, are holding an Open Day in a bid to introduce more people, of all ages, to the game of tennis, and encourage people who may have played tennis in the past, to return to the game.

Players of all ages and abilities are welcome and tennis rackets and balls are supplied for use on the day.

There will be organised games for 5 to 11 year olds and for advanced and adult players.

There will be plenty of games and competitions with prizes and a speed gun to measure the speed of your serve!

The bar will be open and we will be having a barbecue for which you should bring your own food.

Etching Hill Tennis Club has three tennis courts (all floodlit) a club house and recently refurbished bar with a friendly atmosphere. 

Club sessions are held on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings, 6.00 p.m. onwards and Sunday mornings from 9 a.m. onwards. 

L.T.A. qualified coaches hold coaching sessions for juniors on Monday evenings and Saturday mornings and there is a popular adult beginners coaching session from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Thursday evenings.

An adult single annual membership costs £120 (reduction for new members) and non-playing social membership is available if all you want to do is to relax in the bar.
