Alison McDonald - Talent & Performance Co-ordinator

In October 2010 Alison joined Herefordshire & Worcestershire as the Talent & Performance Co-coordinator.  Alison is continuing in her role as TPC for Shropshire & Staffordshire, a post she took up in February 2008.  Prior to this Alison worked for SportscoachUK as a Coaching Consultant for 4 years and before then was a full time Tennis Coach running a large programme and working for Shropshire LTA on the County programme.  Alison is also a LTA Coach Educator tutor and internal verifier.

Annie Burford - Tennis Services Assistant and County Secretary. Annie has been involved in tennis in the county for over 10 years and is responsible for the overall management and administration of the Herefordshire & Worcestershire LTA county office as well as providing administrative support to the Tennis Development Manager, the Talent and Performance Co-ordinator and the Junior Team Captains. 

Jo Marks - Jo has a wealth of experience in county tennis and has responsibility for the administration of junior county training and Corby and is also involved in administration of tournaments including AEGON Team Tennis, Road to Wimbledon and Winter Indoor events.  This is in addtion to Jo's role as an LTA Councillor and her role on a number of county committees.

Neil Devereux - Coach in charge of County Training

Neil is an LTA Performance Coach and returned to Herefordshire & Worcestershire in 2008 to join the Poynder Tennis coaching team in Malvern and now has responsibility for organising the junior county training programme.

Ginny Lowe - as of November 2011 Ginny has retired from the part-time admin role and as editor of the county handbook.  Ginny remains on the Executive Committee and along with Alison Tuck organises the annual Dinner Dance.
