Men's Team Go Undefeated at County Cup Week

Travelling all the way to Felixstowe is not a journey one would choose if given the option, but the Men’s County Team excelled themselves by winning all 5 matches in Group 6 and so gained promotion for next year’s event. The team are to be congratulated on their efforts particularly Nick Osborne and Jonathan Binding who played on all 5 days recording 12 or more wins. All the following played at some part during the week:

Day 1 – beat Northampton, 6-3
Day 2 – beat Bedfordshire, 8-1
Day 3 – btea S of Scotland, 5-4
Day 4 – beat Avon, 6-3
Day 5 – beat Northumberland, 7-2
