Berkshire LTA has appointed Gary Drake as the Junior County Cup Manager as from 1st October 2011.
The Winter County Tour comprises grade 4 & 5 winter competition for juniors for age groups 8&U upwards. The Winter County Tour as well as the Winter Regional Tour, at grade 4 & 5 are interlinking so that players have the opportunity to feed up from one level to the next. There will be separate county leaderboards, based on ranking points gained. More information
These initial changes will be made for 1st April 2011 which means that the summer 2011 mid-season ratings run will be the first time the improvements will impact on players rated 8.2 and above. Players rated 10.2 to 9.1 will also benefit from the changes from 1st April; from this date they may start to record the 4 qualifying wins needed to move up a level.
