Becoming a Tutor

Deliver CPD Courses

Delivery of courses can be spilt into continuous professional development (CPD) and qualifications.

To become accredited to deliver a (CPD) course you will need to be a licensed coach and/or be an expert in a specific field. There is an information and application form which can be obtained by emailing your details to coachescommunication@lta.org.uk

Deliver Qualfiications

To deliver a qualification in coaching, tutoring and assessing qualifications are required as well as a current coach license.

Pre-requisites to become an LTA tutor:

• Hold a Level 4 coaching qualification (SCC/SPC or former equivalent).
• Hold a current LTA Coach License 
• Demonstrate experience of running in-service training or leading a team, (this will be done by completing an information form which will be sent to you once you have booked onto the course).
