To affiliate, your club must have:
- A formal constitution with a set of rules
- A minimum of 20 members
To affiliated your Club or other Place to Play complete the application form to start the affiliation process. We will contact you within 5 -7 working days with all the details you need to affiliate your Club or other Place to Play.
