What is TeamCard?
TeamCard is a membership loyalty card that lets British Tennis Members earn points when they shop with TeamCard’s partner retailers or by playing in tennis competitions.
How do I earn TeamCard points?
Log in to the online Members’ Area and click on the TeamCard link, this will take you straight through to the TeamCard shopping and information site.
Choose the partner retailers you want to shop with and shop as normal, your points will be added to your account. TeamCard’s partner retailers include John Lewis, eBay, Currys, Sky, iTunes, Dell and hundreds more.
You can also earn TeamCard points when you shop at the British Tennis Online Shop, powered by Pro-Direct.
What can I buy with TeamCard points?
You can use TeamCard points when buying your British Tennis Membership and add-on packages such as ACE magazine subscription and the International Events package.

When do I get my TeamCard points?
Once you have completed an online transaction your TeamCard Points will be added to your TeamCard Account and will be shown as “Pending Transactions”.
Your points will be awarded as soon as your purchase has been confirmed and your points authorised by the TeamCard online retailer with whom your purchase was made.
This will include, in some instances, up to a 28 day period to allow for the return of goods.
If new online purchases do not appear in “Pending Transactions” within 48 hours or if you have any other problems relating to TeamCard points, please visit TeamCard Support for assistance.

Please keep a note of your 14 digit TeamCard number for reference. It can be found on the back of the card above the barcode.
How long do TeamCard points remain valid?
Points are valid for a two year period e.g. points collected until 28 February 2009 will be valid until 28 February 2011.
When can I use my TeamCard points?
Points can be redeemed from 1st August 2008 and can be redeemed for all British Tennis Membership packages and add-ons.
New redemption offers will be added throughout the year to give you more ways to save money on your tennis and benefit from your British Tennis Membership.
What do I do if I lose my TeamCard?
You should call the Helpdesk on 020 8487 7000 and arrange for a replacement card.
Your lost card will be cancelled, but any points you have collected and not redeemed will remain in your TeamCard account. If you later find your original card please destroy it.
An administration fee of £10 will be charged per additional TeamCard.
Does British Tennis benefit from TeamCard?
Yes, for every TeamCard point awarded by a partner retailer, British Tennis receives a small royalty which will be reinvested in the sport.
How can I check my TeamCard points balance?
Log in to the online Members’ Area, your points balance and all your transactions will be displayed on your Card Statement page within the TeamCard area.
How many points per pound do I get?
Each retailer sets its own number of TeamCard points per pound spent. Full details of all the offers are available in the TeamCard section of the online Members’ Area.
