• Build relationships with all schools in the area.
• Deliver tennis programmes at the schools or for the schools at the club.
• Identify and attract enthusiastic children to tennis into the Georgians Programme.
• Setup and deliver talent spotting sessions including the printing and distribution of marketing materials (flyers, talent letters, club letters, posters, stickers).
• Update tracker of all school activity including numbers seen and converted into school club or centre.
• Maintain up to date list of school and nursery PE/key contacts.
• Deliver development mini tennis sessions at Georgians
• The coaching will be paid hourly at a rate dependent on the coaching level.
• The off court administration work will earn a monthly management fee.

We are looking for someonewho is motivated by giving as many young people as possible the opportunity to play tennis.

They must be determined and perserverant.

Need to be great at working with children and be able to motivate and encourage all the players to continue with the sport.
